1.   the robber was arrested by police in the city centre 2.  a new hotel  is being  built  by them  on the outskirts  of town. 3. the elections will be held by them in july 4. this room had never been  used by people for meetings 5.  smoking in public places had been banned by government 6. when i wasn't looking my mobile was stolen by somebody 7. we noticed that window had been broken by somebody 8.  harry was being followed home by somebody last night
