Wild animals like lions, squirrels, hippos and many others live in their natural habitats, in the wild. Domestic animals live alongside humans for generations — for example, cats, horses, roosters. In the past people often used animal's help in everyday life, for example, horses for soil cultivation and mules for transport. And nowadays many domestic animals are useful to humans, for instance, dogs protect people and houses, and can hunt with humans. There are dogs assisting police (K-9 units) and military. Just like in the past, geese, ducks, roosters and hens give us poultry and cows give us meat and milk. Also animals can be used in circus. The most common are big cats (like tigers and lions), zebras, elephants, birds (mainly parrots and doves) and domestic cats and dogs. Animals in circus can be fun to watch, but performing can be very stressful for them. People should not do them harm and should take care of them properly. Write three words into each gap: 1.
