try to remember as many details as possible about the offender: the conversation, tattoos, scars, clothing, distinguishing features, height, colour of hair or eyes, facial features. after the robbery, be sure to contact the police, report everything that you've managed to remember about the criminal. hot pursuit has more chances of getting caught.
