Mr. Healthy John Healthy is a neighbor of mine. He is a keep - fit fan. Every day he goes jogging in the park after work. He gets very early in the morning and goes to work on foot. He is a vegetarian and always buys his fruit and vegetables on a farm near our town. He always drinks fruit juice and water. He goes to bed at 10 p.m. he hasn’t got a TV set at home but he sometimes buys the newspaper and listens to the music.
John often invites his friends to spend the weekend with him. They have a big and substantial breakfast in the morning. John lays the table and everybody helps him. They put many different things on the table – different kinds of cereals, cornflakes and muesli; yoghurt, porridge, fruit juice, water, hot and cold milk, tea and coffee; bread and butter, toast, cheese, boiled eggs, jam, marmalade and a bowl of fresh fruit.
They have lunch together, talk a lot and have much fun. John Healthy seems to be happy because he has a very healthy life.
