"i shall be busy." 7. "what shall we do with nick? " said ann. "he has got a bad mark again." "let's help him with his russian," said pete. "i am sure we can do it."

1. nina suggested playing badminton. mike argeed and added that he liked to play badminton very much. 2. bill suggested running a race but jack didn't agree explaining that he had hurt his foot three days before and couldn't run at that moment. 3. tom asked backy to show him her new flat and becky invited him to her place on the following day.4. kate said to pete that she would go to see her friend on the following day and invited him to join her. pete agreed adding that he wanted to see her friend.5. victor asked mary if her friend always came to school very early but she said that she didn't, explaining that  her friend had cjme that early that morning because that day she was on duty.6. lena told mike that there was a new film on at their cinema and invited her to go and see it but he refused axplaining that he would be busy.7. ann asked pete what they should do with nick explaining that he had got a bad mark again. pete suggested helping nick with his russian adding that he was sure they were able to it.

Просто пишешь все на ступень во времени  ниже. например было present simple, следовательно в косвенной речи будет past simple.
