Sir Steve Stevenson is the literary pseudonym of the Italian writer and translator Mario Pasqualotto

This is the author of an exciting pirate story for children, who took the pseudonym in honor of the great Robert Louis Stevenson.

For several years he worked at the University of Bologna, where he studied the peculiarities of the formation of cultural identity through the psychological aspects of language and thinking. When he felt the vocation of a writer, he retired from scientific activity and devoted most of his time to literature. In parallel, he develops a methodology for teaching children through creativity. At the moment, Steve Stevenson has written 28 books, designed in the genre of children's detective novel. All of them are included in the "Agatha Mystery" series. Each story has a complete plot. And among themselves, they are united by the images of the main characters: twelve-year-old british Agatha, who has a flexible mind and a phenomenal memory, her cousin Larry — an unlucky student of the school of detectives, their devoted butler Mr. Kent and the Siberian cat Watson, who also participates in the adventures.
