Thank you for your recent letter. It was great to hear ftom you. I'm awfully sorry for not writing to you earlier, I was busy preparing for my bussiness trip.

As you know, a lot of my friends would work in our company. For example, Alex Kowalski. He worked in advertising agency in New York over 15 years! But the agency was closed because of pandemic, so now he's looking for a new job. Besides, Alex knows Joanna. They met more than once at business conferences. Our agency needs a truly professional. Joanna and Alex are both very experienced and qualified,  but Joanna is a world-famous worker. I think that Alex could work in our agency while Joanna's taking care of her mother. Joanna is not a young woman. There are rumors that she want to retire. So, Alex is the best candidate despite all Joanna's achivments.

By the way, how are your children doing? I heard that your daughter, Claire, won the competition of speakers. Would you meet with me this week? We could discuss it more closely. Did you see my new house in Spain? It's amazing!
