This Contract is made between “The British Engineering Co” here in after called as the “Sellers” and “Ross export” hereinafter called as the “Buyers” for the following:
The Sellers have sold and the Buyers have bought CIF electronic goods. The total amount of the contract is $ 30 000. The price is firm and not to be subject to any alteration. The date of the B/L is to be considered as the delivery date.
