For children, regular physical activity is essential for healthy growth and development. For adults, it allows daily tasks to be ac complished with greater ease and comfort and with less fatigue.
Regular physical activity also maintains strength, flexibility, bal ance, and coordination, and can help reduce the risk of falls.
Physical activity is something that everyone can do. Look for simple ways to be physically active every day.
You could:
• Take a walk once a day:
• Take the stairs instead o f the elevator;
• Spend less time in front of the television or computer;
• Play actively with your kids;
•Walk,;or
• Find out about walking and cycling paths nearby and use them.
Many people are in search ofa healthy living, but what is really the component of good health? How do you achieve overall well being and a healthy life? When you closely look at the concept of health, you will find out that it all boils down to the following three concepts:
Proper nutrients. Balance. Another key to getting healthy is a balanced lifestyle. It is a balance of both food and exercise. Exercise regularly.
Properpace. The proper step toward good health is one of con sistency and steadiness— just the right amount o f food and exercise regularly. It takes a lot o f discipline to maintain a consistent routine and a great patience to wait for the result.
By keeping all these components in mind and by making them your starting guide, it would be easy to find the right direction toward good health. And when you finally achieve a healthy living, you'll realize the benefits are all worth your effort and time.

There is no doubt that television has become an essential part of people`s lives as it has a great influence on people, especially the young ones. over the past few years teenagers have changed a lot due to the affect of the coloured world network. the new generation can not imagine their lives without tv programmes. it seems to me that teenagers are badly influenced by tv. there are various facts that support this opinion. firstly, teens have become "multitasking" as they are unwilling just to watch tv. they prefer combining it with other activities, including social networking, looking from their laptop to the tv screen and back again, or flicking through magazines. even if children are concentrating on the television, they want to keep up with two programmes at the same time, switching over channels. so teens are not interested in playing and social interaction. sedentary activities and using a computer cause obesity, heart and eye diseases. secondly, watching inappropriate programmes leads to children`s cruelty and violence because it is not always easy for them to determine the difference between reality and fantasy. it is, however, argued that television can be also useful for teenagers. numerous channels are devoted to particular subjects. so some programmes are really educational, they expand teenagers` outlook and make them knowledgeable. in conclusion, television influences teenagers badly as they become dependent on it. their daily lives are to the accompaniment of the tv. so they refuse to live an active life, reading books, communicating with peers and doing sports.
