Sport is a very important part of life.

It not only is necessary for physical fitness and keeping your body and mind healthy but it also provides you with necessary skills you need in life.

Team sports teach people to develop personal and social skills, it helps build you as a person especially at a young age. It teaches you to help others, to know what it means to not only think about your own personal needs but also the needs of your team mates.

Individual sports teaches you to constantly motivate yourself to be the best. It helps you build personal life skills to incorporate into you everyday lifestyle.

Sport keeps you fit and healthy, studies have shown that it helps decrease certain illnesses and conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, obesity and many more. It helps you feel great, increases energy levels and keeps you over all healthy and enjoying life.

Sport  — an activity that often takes place in a state of competition according to certain rules or traditions. Although sport generally describes an action in which physical strength is very important (leading to victory or defeat), it is also mentioned in relation to mental sports and motor sports, where the quality of intelligence or equipment also plays an important role. A person is engaged in sports for the sake of improving health, moral and material satisfaction, and self-development.

The word Sport comes from the old French language desport, which means anger. This word entered the English language in the 1300s[1], then spread to other languages and began to be used in the Kazakh language by the end of the 19th century.
