Once upon a time there was a wolf who owned some land. There was a goat who wanted to plant some crops. The goat asked the wolf for some land to rent for three planting seasons. The wolf agreed, but told the goat that whatever grew on the top in the first year would be his and whatever grew below the ground would belong to the goat. The goat agreed and the first year he planted carrots, watered them and cared for the garden. Two months later, the wolf came to the garden.
