Why do people live in the countryside? People are always wondering where it is better to live. Currently, more than 30% of the population worldwide and 42% of the population in Kazakhstan still live in the countryside as it provides people with acceptable living conditions.

Picturesque scenery stands among the main reasons for dwelling in the countryside. Also, people enjoy the clean atmosphere, the privacy of living, the closeness to nature and the quiet and relaxed lifestyle.

The variety of physical activities, such as growing vegetables, keeping domestic animals, looking after the house, can also serve as a huge benefit as it helps people to stay healthy. And there are much more active leisure activities to be engaged with. The countryside can provide people with a lot of free places for walking, cycling, swimming, fishing, hiking and even climbing, if the area is quite suitable. So, that is why living in the countryside is still very attractive to people.
