A Use the Present Perfect Simple to talk about an action or experience in the past when the time is not important or not known.

C Use the Present Perfect Continuous to describe an action that started in the past and continues in the present, when you're focussing on the activity itself. We often use for (length of time)/since (starting point) to talk about the duration of the activity.
D Use the Present Perfect Simple to describe an action that happened in the past but has the result in the present. We often use just, yet or already in this case.
