Task 1. Read the dialogue of two people then mark the sentences (tick or cross):
-Do you enjoy shopping?
Sara: - “Well, I love shopping because spending time on some of my favorite and essential things makes me feel happy. It is my favorite time pass which always elevates my mood.”
Jack: - “Actually, I don’t like to go shopping very frequently. As far as I think, it’s a waste of time and money. We should spend our earnings very carefully as we burn the midnight oil to be financially strong. So, we should spend on our needs not on accessories.”
-Do you like shopping on the internet?
Maria: - “Absolutely! I love it because it offers many advantages. First, online stores have amazing collections for every age group. Secondly, we can buy anything through the internet without going to crowded marketplaces.”
Dan: - “Well, I am not very fond of online shopping. Most of the products which I bought through the Internet were defective and duplicate. So, I prefer traditional shopping.”
