4. Complete the letter of complaint using all, some, any, no, none. Dear Ms. Jones,

I am sending this letter by registered mail since of my previous correspondence has received a reply.

You will recall from our agreement of February 10th that delay in the delivery of essential components would be subject to a penalty clause. So far we have received word from your manager that the components we ordered four weeks ago have been sent.

I would be grateful if you would take the necessary steps to ensure that these components are received without further delay otherwise we will have option but to enforce the penalty clause in the contract.

Taking into consideration our ten-year-old fruitful cooperation we are sure you will do your best to settle the matter amicably. We hope for your early reply.
