Network of medical stations operates independently of the population served. provided full coverage of the rural population with regular medical care, this medical personnel of the medical centres and outpatient clinics are attached to neighboring villages. in the area 273 small rural settlements with population from 15 to 80 people, and faps to them. the population of these villages is more than 30 thousand people. to cover the regular medical supervision of such territories in 2014 are mobile faps. teams go two times a week by car, provision of equipment for express diagnostics and medicines. on means of the regional budget purchased 43 off-road cars "niva", the new transport got every district. rural mobile service proved its relevance. in 2015, we made almost 16 thousand visits, viewed by more than 117 thousand people, including about 19 thousand children, 1200 pregnant women, more than 12,500 people with limited mobility, more than 730 patients admitted to inpatient wards. delivered about 38 million units of medicines. 1290 issued directions for mammography and about 5 thousand of directions for conducting x-ray examination. disabled citizens served by mobile fluorography and mammography installation. in rural areas most local hospitals converted to outpatient clinics with the organization day stay beds. saved 10 district hospitals as units of regional hospitals and they provide the accessibility of hospital care to the residents of remote rural settlements. therefore, regular medical surveillance is provided to the residents of all the villages, even the remotest. 2nd level - 34 hospitals, which are deployed inter-municipal centres for emergency specialized polytrauma injuries, diseases of the circulatory system, with complicated pregnancy and childbirth. deployed - 6695 beds. the opening of the centers allowed to actually increase for rural residents, the availability of specialized types of medical care. total area of deployed 15 inter-municipal centres on the profile of trauma (including 11 district hospitals), 5 primary vascular offices and 10 inter-municipal centres on the profile of cardiology and neuroscience (including 9 district hospitals), 13 inter-municipal centres on the profile of obstetrics and gynecology (8 of them on the basis of rural district hospitals). there are regional vascular centre. worked out routing assistance to patients with heart attacks and strokes. implemented algorithms of rendering of medical aid at acute vascular pathology. during the year in the primary vascular offices and inter-municipal centres received extra special help 18 552 people with heart attacks and strokes, or 91 per cent of all patients (in 2014 88%). the mortality rate from cardiovascular diseases fell by 6.8 per cent as compared to 2014.
