Subject: Taking Exams
Dear Jamie,
I’m really sorry that you’re worried about taking your exams. I know how you feel. I took my exams last month and it was very stressful.
The best thing you can do is to make a plan
for each day of what subjects you will study
and how many hours you will study them. This way, you will give enough time to each subject and you will feel that you are becoming more prepared every day. Also, ask others for help.
If some things you are studying are not clear, ask your teachers or classmates to explain
them to you. This will stop you worrying about questions turning up in your exams that you can’t answer. One more thing  go to bed at normal times. You shouldn’t stay up very late
to study because you will feel too tired and
won’t learn anything.
