щnew yearmy name is ekaterina. i am 14 years old. in our family the most favourite holiday is considered new year. at the beginning of december all have a festive mood. in the city decorate streets and show-windows of shops with bright, multi-colored garlands. and into a main square place a huge fir-tree. we start preparing for a holiday. at new year's fairs we buy each other gifts, fir-tree toys and tinsel. at the end of december of the house we establish an artificial fir-tree and we dress up it by a holiday. on december 31 i help mother to prepare a festive table. the new year's eve seems to me always magic and unforgettable. at midnight, after speech of the president on tv, start beating a chiming clock. we wish each other a happy new year and we make wish, and then we exchange gifts. when i was small, gifts found under a fir-tree and thought that they to me were brought by father frost. and though i already adult, also don't believe that there is father frost, but on new year's eve there is a wish know in the fairy tale and to believe in a miracle.
