1. never walk alone late in the evening or late at night.

2. never speak first to strangers in the streets.

3. if you see strange people - choose another way.

4. be calm. don't be nervous. don't show you are afraid of the stranger.

5. never brandish any attractive or expensive things to strangers.

6. tell the parents where and with whom you are going.

7. follow the traffic rules. don't take a lift if the driver is a stranger.

8. avoid having conflicts with drunk people.
