This complaint letter is being weitten because of the recent decision of yours.

I suggest you to review your point on this decision, as this isn't right practical nor helpful for the village members. Village has a lot of elderly people, thus you are taking the only opportunity from them to get to the town centre, otherwise they would have to walk there all by themselves. That isn't quite possible as their capabilities won't last that much.

In the conclusion I would like to say that it's very important for such old people to have a comfortable facilities around them and taking such convenient service from them is unethical from your side. I hope that you will eventually make an opposite decision on this situation.
