i don't think there is a way to learn a foreign language quickly. you should endeavour. i think the best way of learning a language is to practice it with native speakers. if you don't have such an opportunity you should begin reading books in this language. begin with some simple books. then you should watch films in this language. use subtitles at first and then try not to use them. and finally, learn the words. the bigger your vocabulary is the more fluently you speak. i think, this is it.
