Соотнести людей и парк, который им подойдет
1.Eva works in the city centre and likes painting and drawing when she has free time. She would like to spend several hours after work practising her hobby in a small, quiet park near the office.
2.Alex is a teacher, and he would like to take his junior pupils (aged 8–9) to a city park with lots of organised activities which allow the children to read about local wildlife they may see.
3.Ella and Diana want to visit a park where they can rent a boat. They would also like to have a short walk around the park with a guide and enjoy a tasty lunch in the open air.
4.Max and Helen Sverdlov and their family would like to visit a park of religious significance. Their teenage children want to spend time doing sports activities and see some animals.
5.Daniela and Dan are university students who need to visit a busy park for a university newspaper article. They want to take photos of people taking part in sport and educational activities and watching entertainment, as well as interview some of them.

Parks in and around the city
A. Sokolniki Park
The park is a great place to get some fresh air, with its 600 hectares of land, half of which are green spaces. It features a boating lake, fish ponds, a variety of local flora and fauna and has large facilities for football. The public car park is free.

B. Hermitage Garden
It is a place for true music lovers, where they can enjoy live concerts, dance and have a couple of cocktails in the evening. The park is famous for having a number of theatres — Hermitage (located in a late 19th-century building), Sphere and New Opera, where visitors can take in some culture.

C. Bauman Garden
A small park in the centre of the city, Bauman Garden attracts huge crowds. It often holds interesting events: art studios, dance classes, yoga and an English-speaking club. The open-air stage offers an opportunity to listen to live music. Nearby is the magnificent Pokrovsky Monastery — enter its main cathedral and see the beauty of Russian religious architecture.

D. Apothecaries' Garden
The first botanical garden in Russia, which is now a public leisure and educational area. It is possible to have a relaxing walk in the fresh air as well as greenhouses full of plans or have a guided tour that highlights the most beautiful places. Visitors can buy various potted plants and seeds in the garden shop.

E. Yekaterininsky Park
This small and quiet park offers guided tours, given by the local residents for free. There is a library, old planetarium and three nice ponds with a boat station. You can also grab some food in a snack bar and buy souvenirs in a gift shop.

F. Morozovsky Garden
This is a tiny, not very well-known раrk in the heart of the city, full of trees and flowers. It is popular with local artists because they can just sit on a bench enjoying the silence and beauty of nature for hours.

G. Novodevichy Ponds Park
This park is situated in a very picturesque part of Moscow. On one side is the beautiful Novodevichy Convent, (don't miss the chance to go inside and enjoy Orthodox churches). On the other side is the Moskva River with its wide bank, perfect for roller skating or cycling. Have a picnic in the park and then walk around the nice pond to feed the ducks.

H. Serebryany Bor Park
At Serebryany Bor, there are ecologically-themed paths with opportunities for cycle rides for all abilities. The paths feature numerous information boards that describe the plants, birds and animals living in Serebryany Bor. This is a great place for wildlife photography and one of the rare locations in Moscow where you have access to natural beauty.
