Second, health prolongs life and helps in old age to be active as in youth. Finally, a healthy body can lead people to a healthy mind and a bright and interesting life.

Nevertheless, some people believe that health insurance is a waste of time and efforts. They consider that a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition is expensive and does not brings any result.

I completely disagree with this opinion. Easy to be healthy, because it is necessary to follow a few simple rules. Moreover, health is cheap and available for everyone.

In conclusion, I am strongly convinced that in every human life health is a very important thing. All people must take care of their health, because it is easier to take care of our health that to recover it. We should not forget that the first wealth is health.
