We can see a city park. It is a 5 o'clock p.m. now and people had come here to spend their weekend. There three children on a red blanket celebrating somebody's birthday with some meal, fruits and cake decorated by candles. Also they are taking a pictures on their camera.

One boy is running for his funny dog. A little gil enjoys with her red balloon.

An old man and women just sitting and resting. The granpa is reading a newspaper. Also a few not scared animals such squirrels and han are carefree walking in this park.

I may call this picture "A home party". Because I'm seeing a few people enjoying by one another. A loud music is coming from the vynil disc player. One woman is preparing a food. Porbably others are waiting for serve a table with the food and to start the party. Small boy and girl are playing chess. Another women is taking by phone. A man with beard is sitting on a sofa and reading a newspaper. And a young boy is also sitting on the sofa but he is bored waching some not intreresting movie on TV set. Only a grandfather is not caring about what is happening, he is sleeping on the floor. All are waiting for the party to start. But only a dog is waiting when the party will be finished, it is awaiting for a sweet presents from a party table.

12 июня можно уверенно назвать днем рождения Российской Федерации. В теперь уже далеком 1990 году именно в этот день была принята «Декларация о государственном суверенитете РСФСР». Ровно через год 12 июня 1991 года первые демократические выборы президента РФ, на которых главой страны подавляющим большинством голосов был выбран Борис Ельцин. Народные выборы, впервые проведенные в незнакомом формате, можно считать глобальным историческим событием и важным шагом на пути к построению измененного демократического государства.

В 1994 году глава страны подписал указ об учреждении нового государственного праздника — Дня принятия Декларации о государственном суверенитете России. Тогда же этот важный для всех россиян день стал нерабочим и граждане получили дополнительный летний выходной. 12 июня долго называли Днем независимости. Но с годами такое название постепенно начало утрачивать свою актуальность и становиться непонятным молодому поколению. К независимости привыкли, она стала частью жизни, а не единственной датой в году, когда нужно было вспоминать об этом. В 1998 Ельцин предложил переименовать важнейший государственный праздник в День России и сделать его тем самым понятным для всех поколений.

Тем мне менее свое сегодняшнее имя праздник обрел лишь в 2002 году.

June 12 can be confidently called the birthday of the Russian Federation. In the now distant 1990, it was on this day that the "Declaration of state sovereignty of the RSFSR"was adopted. Exactly one year later, on June 12, 1991, the first democratic presidential election of the Russian Federation was held, in which Boris Yeltsin was elected head of the country by an overwhelming majority of votes. The people's elections, held for the first time in an unfamiliar format, can be considered a global historical event and an important step towards building a changed democratic state.

In 1994, the head of the country signed a decree on the establishment of a new state holiday — The day of the adoption of the Declaration on state sovereignty of Russia. At the same time, this important day for all Russians became a non-working day and citizens received an additional summer day off. June 12 has long been regarded as the independence Day. But over the years, this name gradually began to lose its relevance and become incomprehensible to the younger generation. We got used to independence, it became a part of life, and not the only date in the year when we had to remember it. In 1998, Yeltsin proposed to rename the most important public holiday the day of Russia and make it clear to all generations.

Nevertheless, the holiday got its current name only in 2002.
