Нужно сделать задание по этому тексту Father Elephant and M other Elephant
lived in Africa and they had a little Baby
Elephant.
One day F ath er Elephant came home
and saw th a t (что) his dear little Baby
E ephant was sad.
A nd F ath er Elephant asked, “W hy are
you sad, my little Baby Elephant?”
Baby Elephant said, “Oh, Dad, I want
to play in o u r school football team . But
m y socks, T -sh irt and sh o rts are too sm all and I can’t
p u t them o n .” “D on’t w orry, my dear!” said F ath er
Elephant. “I ’ll buy you nice new clothes.”
They came to M rs Lion’s shop.
“Good morning, M rs L ion,” said F ath er Elephant.
“Good morning, M r Elephant!” said M rs Lion. “Can I
help you?”
“H ave you got any nice socks fo r m y little Baby
Elephant? I w ant to buy him some new socks,” said
F ath er Elephant. “All ou r socks are too (слишком) sm all
fo r your Baby Elephant. B ut w ait (подождите) a little ,
and my little Lions will m ake him new b eau tiful socks.”
The little Lions m ade nice new yellow socks fo r Baby
Elephant.
Then Father Elephant paid (заплатил) fo r th e socks and
put them on Baby Elephant.
Baby Elephant was very glad, and he said, “I like my
new socks very m uch, th an k y ou.” “L e t’s buy you a new
T -sh irt and sh o rts now!” said F ath er Elephant. So they
w ent to M rs T ig er’s shop.
