sport is very important thing in our life. whitout sport. without sport our body'll be unhealthy. there are a lot of kinds of sports but i haven't favorite one. i like to play basketball, football, volleyball and more sports with my friends. probably when i grow up my body will be healthy.

there are a lot of kinds of food in the world. one of most popular meal in the world is fast food. because of unhealthy fast food a lot of people have excess weight. to be healthy and keep your body healthy you should drink about 2 liters water in the day , eat food that full of vitamins as fruits and vegetables
