sport is an integral part of our lives. not everyone likes to play sports, although they know that it gives physical strength and health. i play sports quite often. a couple of times a week i go to the gym to train. i work out in the gym there. also, sometimes i go out for an evening run with friends.

sport is exhausting in the first place. however, over time, a person begins to feel that his body has become stronger and hardier. it is very important not to forget that with sports physical health becomes better. i always remember it, so i can say with confidence that sport plays an important role in my life.

If you want to be healthy strong and beautiful you should go in for sports.nobody likes to be stout and clumsy.we enjoy watching nice bodies of sportsmen their strenght and adroitness.when i go in for sports i feel wonderful.i don’t sneeze or cough.i am cheerful active and full of energy.in summer i go in for swimming or rowing .i enjoy spending winter in the country.there i can ski or skate.for those who have already dicided to go in for sports it is very important to choose the kind of sports they like best .some games are quiet others are very lively active.that’s why the lessons of physical training at school are very important.
