but there is one problem that has not yet been solved. it 's an environmental problem. for thousands of years, people have been drinking clean water and breathing clean air. but here came the scientific and technical revolution. ecology has begun to deteriorate rapidly, and this process is not stopping, but is becoming more intense. already in big cities people wear gauze bandages. what happens next?

air pollution. it 's not just the gas content of big cities. if the dirty air were only in megacities, it would be half a bed. no, because of the intense growth of industry, the air spoils everywhere. and there are fewer and fewer places where it would be clean. the greenhouse effect is directly related to this problem. the carbon dioxide content of the earth 's atmosphere is increasing, and thermal radiation does not go into space, as it has always been. this increases the temperature on the planet. and who knows what threatens humanity with melting glaciers!

water pollution. i read that in many ancient cultures, man was credited with not living in places where dirty water. today, to find clean water, you have to go far beyond the city or go to the nearest supermarket to buy drinking water.
