Extreme sportsin my composition i`d like to tell you about extreme sports.to begin with, many people go in for extreme sports, because other kinds of sports are too boring for them. there are different types of extreme sports: rock climbing, diving, rafting, snowboarding, parachuting and others.rock climbing is very difficult and exciting occupation. in the summit of the mountain you feel alone and free. climbing is a good way to keep muscles fit. but it is also one of the most dangerous sports. you must have some skills or you will break a leg or injure a back, and you can even die. you can fall into the crevasse. similarly, you can be coldand your arms and legs may be numb, because of cold weather and wind. also, while climbing, you are attached to your partner, so if your partner falls to his death, you can die too.diving is a very adventurous sport. you will see a beautiful world under the water. but besides beauty, there are a lot of dangers. for example, you can meet poisonous sea creatures or even sharks! you can be poisoned by oxygen. also, you can lose consciousness.parachuting is an unusual sport. when you are flying, you feel freedom like a bird. many doctors think that it helps to save people from stress and depression and it is a good way to lose weight. but if you have not learnt how to land, you can break your legs.rafting is a thrilling sport. you enjoy picturesque places and contact with other people. but you have to overcome the rapids and waterfalls. also, submarine stones may injure your head or back.to tell the truth, i prefer to do something more relaxing, like swimming, because i`m afraid of these dangers.  в своем сочинении я бы хотела рассказать вам об экстремальных видах спорта.начнем с того, что многие люди занимаются экстремальным спортом, потому что другие виды спорта слишком скучные для них. существуют разные экстремальные виды спорта: альпинизм, дайвинг, сплав по горной реке, сноубординг, прыжки с парашютом и другие.альпинизм - трудное и захватывающее занятие. на вершине горы ты чувствуешь себя свободным и одиноким. альпинизм - хороший способ поддерживать мускулы в форме. но это также один из самых опасных видов спорта. ты должен иметь навыки или ты сломаешь ногу или повредишь спину, и ты можешь даже умереть. ты можешь упасть с огромной высоты или упасть в расселину в леднике. также, ты можешь замерзнуть, и твои руки и ноги могут онеметь из-за холодной погоды и ветра. также, когда ты взбираешься на гору, ты привязан к своему партнеру, поэтому, если твой партнер упадет и разобьется, ты тоже можешь умереть.дайвинг- рискованный вид спорта. ты увидишь красивый подводный мир. но кроме красоты, там таится много опасностей. например, ты можешь встретить ядовитых морских созданий или даже акул! ты можешь отравиться кислородом. также, ты можешь потерять сознание.прыжки с парашютом- необычный спорт. когда ты летишь, чувствуешь себя свободным, как птица. многие доктора считают, что это людям избавиться от стресса и депрессии, и это хороший способ похудеть. но если ты не выучишь, как приземляться, ты можешь сломать ноги.  фартинг- волнующий спорт. ты наслаждаешься живописными местами и общаешься с людьми. но тебе приходится преодолевать пороги и водопады. также, подводные камни могут поранить твою голову или спину. честно говоря, я предпочитаю заниматься чем-то более расслабляющим, как плавание, потому что я боюсь этих опасностей.

cars are an essential part of many people’s lives nowadays. since their appearance many things have changed. travelling from one place to another became easier and faster. besides when we go by car, comfort during the trip is guaranteed.

there are many types of cars: small, large, cargo сars, minivans, jeeps. all of them are multifunctional.

first and the most important role of the car is driving to work and back. many people in big cities live in the suburbs but work in the downtown. that’s why every morning and evening people use personal cars. when the road traffic is heavy they can use public transport.

second role of the car is to travel to long distances, for instance, to other cities or countries. there are, of course, other ways of travelling: by bus, by train, by plane. however, only cars let us feel comfortable and free on the way. many people choose cars because of the beautiful view from the window. the only disadvantage of distant travels by car is the price of gasoline. in many countries it’s usually high.

another good reason for having a car is going to large supermarkets. when the family is big and there are several pets, it’s simply vital to buy a lot of food. many families go shopping for food at weekends and cars are very useful on such days.

i should say that cars have brought a lot of problems, such as air pollution and traffic jams. however, they gave people more freedom of movement and comfort. when i grow up, i want to have a car of my own. i hope by that time cars will be electric and less harmful for the environment.
