Autumn holidays were sad because neperestavayuschego rain . and today, most of all i was afraid overcast , sunday morning . but the last day of october, the weather suddenly pleased excellent .my friends and i agreed to meet at the entrance to the zoo. small puddle jumping and swinging a bag of pet food, i last joined our friendly company.trip to the zoo is always in my heart caused a storm of positive emotions. therefore, already at the first cage i got stuck for a long time , watching the cubs amusing . catching up with friends along the way , i managed to treat apples all ruminants , twin- and odd-toed ungulates .the boys crowded around the cage with the monkeys , laughing at the antics of the monkeys and chimpanzees , who deftly grabbed the rally , abandoned them , slices of bananas.in a round building terrarium was no laughing matter . the abundance of species of snakes , frogs and lizards completed a huge , brown- green crocodile , who watched us with unblinking eyes , causing a nasty chill in our spine.so when we went out to the aviary elephants , even relieved . baby elephant touching poked the tip of the trunk in our palms , collecting treats. hippos lazily lounging by the pool and heated their suede , gray flanks under the warm afternoon sun. attempts to stir up were unsuccessful , so we rushed to the giraffes . spotted head with horns , managed long necks , graciously looked down upon the clamoring crowd of zoo visitors .predators met us happy rumbling after a delicious breakfast . they collapsed impressively in the cells , rough tongue licking the snout and powerful paws . well , just like my cat on the couch after boniface fried fish.we have wandered around the zoo . they fed the birds pieces of bread left over after the homemade sandwiches , which we ate with gusto , sitting on a bench under a red-yellow maple.the short autumn day was drawing to a close. a bit cold. we boarded a bus and all the way they shared their impressions of the day . in the courtyard we parted to meet again tomorrow on the way to school. this day was the perfect end to the autumn holidays .
