you asked me about popular indoor sports in russia. to my mind football, volleyball, cycling, basketball are most popular with teenagers. sports helps people to stay in good shape,keeps them fit and makes them more organized in their daily activities.

i think teenagers often do extreme sports because it is interesting, adorable and breathtakingly. besides, it makes people to be strong.

as for me, jogging is my favourite kind of sport. it is very good for health and shape. i enjoy it!
