The education system in ukraine formed on the basis of the soviet educational system. today it is changing towards european standards. education in ukraine can be obtained in the public and private institutions. in most of them the teaching is in ukrainian, though there are companies that use only russian or english only.we need to increase the number of seats for students in the institute.  to increase the number of teachers who love their profession.  problem higher, obrazovanja that imho universities are interested in making money, not in the release kvalifitsirovannyi frames. they are almost not interested in codepage graduate after graduation, how will think of the university depends on the specific graduate, etc. of the enterprise is not interested in providing practice places for students, hence the inability of students to work on real companies after graduation.
