The policy of the state in many respects has a great importance for the movement of human life path. politically educated person can and must defend their rights and freedoms, which nowadays is often violated by third-party people, employers, individual authorities.  frequently pops up the topic of election fraud. it is a very common now the opinion that those who are in power, determine who will be president, which party will take the majority of seats. now i understand that if tampering and is only through the fault of the society represented by the representatives of presidential candidates, parties at the polling stations. but the point is not that society is now so politically poorly in elections gives voice not for those whose views are shared, and for those who have more money for advertising campaigns.  roughly speaking, politically illiterate part of the society can be divided into two groups: people who do not understand and do not want to understand it in politics; and people who can only condemn power and play to the gallery. what can say political science - science, calling appreciate policy, - these people?   for that we need the understanding of politics. man is a social animal. it is well-known definition of aristotle has a different translation: man is a political animal. indeed, if human society claim a higher status than «human flock,» everyone needs to understand what is happening in the society, to participate in the defense of their rights, freedoms and interests. otherwise the human society is on the level flocks of animals, where the leader becomes the strongest and he resigned to.  whether it is a secular conversation affect policy issues? certainly worth it. however, people should be politically educated and should not have vehemently condemn the top authorities. because before you condemn, you need to put himself in the place of the condemned, because it's not so easy to manage the whole country, as well as to recall the reason why at the top are the ones who are - because in our country the government elected by the people.
