как сделать печенье-пуговицу. вам понадобится: 4 стакана муки 2 желтка 1 яйцо 1 стакан сахара 250 г сливочного масла(комнатной температуры) 1 пакетик разрыхлителя(10 г) 1 ч.л.экстракта ванили рецепт приготовления масло взбейте, добавляя сахар, желтки, яйцо и ваниль. добавьте муку и замесите гладкое, эластичное тесто. сформируйте маленькие шарики из теста. возьмите пробку от бутылки и надавите в центре лепешечки теста, чтобы придать форму, характерную для пуговицы. используйте соломку и проткните четыре отверстия в центре каждого печенья. испеките в предварительно нагретой духовки до 180 градусов минут 7-10 до золотистого цвета. и дайте остыть. растопите шоколад. теперь можно искупать их в растопленном шоколаде и десерт готов!
