Dear pam, i was very glad to hear from you again. sorry, i haven't written for ages because of my school activities. i'm very glad to hear something new from you. you ask me to write a few words about my best friend. with a pleasure.   first of all i want to tell you that my friend's name is irina and she is 17. her height is nearly 159 cm. but she'd like to be a bit taller. well, she is not slim but  she is  not fat either.  irina  has a round face as everyone has, a bit long nose and big cheerful grey eyes. her skin is a bit pale but she likes this fact, she doesn't like ruddy faces. she has no  freckles as my friend nina has. her forehead is open. i think irina has a charming smile.  her hair isn't very short but it's not long either. it is  straight and  black. irina has rich hair. i think that she looks like her father. tell me a few words about you and your new school and friend. have you joined any sport club? do you like your new teachers? that's for me today. i have to go to the shop for some food. best regards to your family.write soon. ann

There are twenty-one desks in the classroom and two pupils sit at each desk. the teacher’s desk is in front of the pupils’ desks. the blackboard is on the wall on the teacher’s left. the chalk and the duster are in a box near the blackboard. there are four very large windows on the side of the room opposite the door. we open the windows during the break between lessons. there are portraits on the wall over the blackboard. there are pictures and maps hanging on the walls in the classroom.   в классной комнате двадцать одна парта, и за каждой партой сидят по два ученика. учительский стол находится перед партами учеников. доска находится на стене, слева от учителя. мел и тряпка в коробке возле доски. на стороне напротив двери четыре больших окна. мы открываем окна во время перемены между уроками. на стене над доской висят портреты. в классной комнате на стенах висят картины и карты.
