Наступила зима, всё кругом белым ~бело,приближаются рождественские праздники! в сердцах людей ~праздничное настроение, каждый человек готовится встретить его дома, в кругу своей семьи. а сколько девиц в этот вечер будет сколько колядок мы услышим про ! и только горит первая звезда ~это рождение христа спасителя!

New year is a great holiday. everybody likes it very much. especially this holiday is loved by children. new year is  considered   to be a family holiday. it is usually  celebrated   at home with members of the family and friends. people  decorate   their houses, send  greeting cards   and buy gifts for kids, relatives and friends. a new year’s tree is a symbol of  celebration . it is usually covered with coloured balls and  strings of coloured lights . you  probably  know  that  xmas  is  one  of  the  brightest  national  day  in  the  country.  people  try  to  attendspecial  church  services  to  remember  the  birth  of  jesus  christ  again. but  xmas  is  not  only  a  religious  day,  it  became  one  of  the  first  federal  holidays.  on  this  day  mostoffices,  companies  and  businesses  remain  closed  and  the  greatest  number  of  workers  andgovernment  employees,  have  the  day  off.  many  places,  shops  and  offices  even  close  early  on  the  daybefore.

i spent most of the winter holidays in the city. i had planned to have a good rest, relax. i managed to do everything i had planned. there was a new year party in our school. it was very well organized and i enjoyed it.i think it is a kind and fairy holiday. people forgive each other, exchanges presents and good wishes. this new year's day i celebrated as always with my family at home. long before the holiday we had decorated the rooms and a fir tree. on the new year's day i helped my mother with cooking. every year we make a big cake. it is our family tradition. at midnight some people went outside and set off fireworks. it was so wonderful that it took my breath away.
