I live in a large private house on a quiet street. My house has two floors, a basement and an attic. We also have a garage and a workshop. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a hall and a parents room. My room is on the second floor. Our house is very beautiful. Dad built it himself.

Our rooms

When guests come to us, mother sets the table in the hall. This is the largest and brightest room in our house. The living room is very comfortable because it has a fireplace. We love to gather in front of him in the evenings, drink tea and watch the fire. In front of the fireplace lies a white fluffy carpet. I often lie on it and read a book.

My house has a beautiful kitchen. On it, mom prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner for me and dad. On weekends, mom bakes pies or cookies. When I come from the street or from school, I always expect something delicious. Mom cooks deliciously. In my room I spend the most time. It has a bed, a computer desk and a bookcase. A world map is hanging on the wall. I love to study the map, countries and oceans. On the shelves are models of ships that we made with dad.

I also really like our attic. From its window you can see the whole street and the river. Looking at her, I imagine myself a sailor. When I finish school, I will go sailing with the captain of a beautiful white ship.

Favorite Garden

Behind the house we have a beautiful garden. It grows an old apple tree, cherry and pear. In spring, the trees bloom very beautifully, it seems that they are covered with snow. Last year, dad planted another apple tree. I will definitely plant my tree too.

In addition to trees, in the garden there is a gazebo and pool. In the summer we fry kebabs with parents. And when classmates or friends from the street come to me, we swim in the pool. It is very funny.

My mother loves flowers very much. Therefore, she smashed large flower beds in front of the entrance to the house. We grow roses, petunias, cornflowers and large daisies. And in the fall chrysanthemums bloom. They can stand until winter. Mother's flower beds are a real decoration of our yard.

I really love our house. It is warm and cozy. We are always glad to guests, therefore, the house always sounds laughter and fun.
