Техника безопасности цель этой области инженерии - профилактика несчастных случаев. техника безопасности разрабатывает методы и процедуры для защиты работников опасных профессий. техника безопасности нужна на любом производстве.  сварочные процессы любого вида могут быть опасны не только для оператора, но любому человеку, находящемуся вблизи оборудования, если строго не правила безопасности. они включают: меры предосторожности для оператора, предотвращение и правильной организации сварочного процесса, электромагнитной совместимости. правила безопасности для оператора.  операторы должны закрывать открытые части тела, одевая негорящую защитную одежду без карманов или закатанных брюк: негорючий шлем, защитные очки, защитные рукава, защиту на плечи, три или пятипалые сварочные перчатки, кожаный фартук, и защиту на голень. меры безопасности для сварочного процесса.  процесс сварки должен выполняться на металлических покрытиях, тщательно очищенных от слоев ржавчины или краски, чтобы избежать производственных вредных испарений. сварку нельзя делать на неметаллах или металлах с покрытием, содержащим цинк, ртуть, хром, графит, свинец, кадмий или бериллий, если оператор и люди, находящиеся неподалеку не используют респиратор с подачей воздуха. перед подключением источника питания к линии, внимательно следуйте инструкциям: двух-полюсный штекер должен быть совместим с вышеупомянутой розеткой.  при работе в замкнутом пространстве, источник питания должен находиться вне сварочной зоны и заземляющий кабель должен быть закреплен на обрабатываемой детали. никогда не работайте во влажных или мокрых зонах. источник питания никогда не должен эксплуатироваться без его панели; это может к серьезной травме оператора и повредить оборудование.  предотвращение . устройств должны быть рядом с зоной сварки. удалить все горючие материалы из сварочной зоны. держите огнетушитель неподалеку от места сварки, убедитесь, что на регуляторе установлена электромагнитная совместимость. перед подключением кабелей электропитания проверьте следующее: - убедитесь, что нет никаких других кабелей питания, линий , телефонных кабелей или других устройств - телефонизация, телевидение, компьютеры или другие системы не в рабочей зоне - люди с пейс-мейкером (прибор для регуляции ритма работы сердца или других органов человека) или слуховыми аппаратами находятся далеко от источника питания - квалифицированный специалист по оказанию первой присутствует в рабочей зоне, если человек находится в бессознательном состоянии и поражен электрическим током , не прикасайтесь к нему. отключите питание прибора, а затем окажите первую . сухие ветки и другие изоляционные материалы могут быть использованы для перемещения кабелей от человека.

my last weekend was one of the most enjoyable ones. my weekdays are usually monotonous and hard, so i always long for saturdays and sundays. unfortunately my weekend is too short, that is why i do my best to make it really exciting.

nothing extraordinary happened last saturday because i was at school till 2 p.m. and then just went home to relax with my family. i helped my mum cook dinner, then all of us watched a nice movie. it was a comedy “meet the parents”. the film didn’t have any visual effects or computer graphics, but it was sweet and funny. at 7 p.m. i had a long foam bath, it was such a pleasure which i can afford only at weekends. then i spent a couple of hours reading an amazing book. so i fell asleep with the book in my hands.

sunday was completely different. of course, i got up later than usual. after breakfast i did some housework while i listened to my favourite music. then my friend phoned me and invited me and my brother to «the amusement park».  the weather was nice and i agreed. so we took a bus and went to the park. we had so much fun. we went on a ferris wheel and all kinds of rides: water rides, train rides, swing rides. we screamed loudly. i think all kids love the rides. although my little brother didn’t quite like them, he got scared and even cried sometimes. after that we all went shopping as i needed to find a birthday present for my mother. and i found a beautiful scarf for her. i hope she will love it.

in the evening we were extremely tired but very happy. it was a great weekend. i had a lot of fun.
