Dear sally's restaurant,  i'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your restaurant i have recently visited. i had business lunch with my colleagues there. although the restaurant was advertised   as the best in this area, it was well below the standard i expected.  my most serious complaint is the service we have got in the restaurant. waiters paid no attention to the clients. besides, they were insolent to all of them and we had to wait 40 minutes before being served. moreover, the food was undercooked and really cold. so, we left it unfinished. to resolve the problem. i insist on a full refund   or i will have no choice but to take further legal action. i hope you will settle the matter amicably. thank you for taking the time to read this letter. please contact me at the address above or phone. sincerely,  colin taylor
